APPOINTMENTS

Scheduled appointments are required for service. Please, have your credit card ready to reserve an appointment. Your credit card will not be charged until after services are completed.

PRICING

Prices are determined by breed, size, temperament of pet, length, thickness, and condition of coat, and services desired. 

MATTING

Your pet’s comfort is our priority, and we strive to make sure that grooming is a positive experience for our animal friends.  Therefore, we will not attempt to de-mat a severely matted animal.  It is simply painful and inhumane, and the coat is damaged beyond repair.  We will NOT do it.  Severely matted pets will be given a shave-down (Do-Over).  If matting is not severe enough to warrant a shave down, de-matting charges of $40 per half hour will apply.

SAFETY

For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to sick, injured, or aggressive animals.  We appreciate your understanding.

VACCINATIONS

We require Proof of Rabies Vaccination for ALL grooming. A copy of the receipt for their last vet visit will usually have Rabies Vaccine information on it.

HOME ACCESS

We do require that someone is home with the dog for the first grooming session.  After that, you may make arrangements for us to enter your home (by code, key, or neighbor) to retrieve your dog for grooming when you are not home.   We ask that your dog be left in a confined area (kennel, mud room, etc.) for easy pickup.  Payment may be left in an agreed upon place.

Driveways and sidewalks must be cleared and accessible.  Road construction may cause a need to reschedule.

RESCHEDULING

There may be times when weather makes it unsafe for us to travel to your home.   These include but are not limited to;

  • Heavy Snow

  • Extreme Heat or Cold

  • High Winds or Tornado Warnings

In that event, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of the change and to reschedule your grooming session.  Your understanding in this is greatly appreciated.

ARRIVAL WINDOW

We have an arrival window that is 60 minutes before to 60 minutes after your scheduled appointment. (Example: Appointment – 1:00 PM, Arrival Window – 12:00 PM-2:00 PM)

OUTSIDE OF ARRIVAL WINDOW

Weather conditions or Road Construction may cause us to run late or need to reschedule your appointment. If we will be outside our Normal Arrival Window, we will call to ensure the appointment will still work for you.

CANCELLATIONS

Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50.
